The company has imported international advanced spunlace non-woven fabric production lines and production technologies from Germany, Italy and the United States, and is equipped with world advanced imported stain detectors, gram weight detectors and metal detectors. There are currently 4 international standard automatic spunlace non-woven fabric production lines, specializing in the production and development of various spunlace products with gram weight of 30g to 200g square meters and door width of less than 3300MM, with an annual output of more than 30000 tons. The company's products can be widely used in medical hygiene products, disposable household cleaning products, car decoration, filter materials and seamless wall covering and other fields.

Technical strength

The company has its own physical and chemical properties and microbiological testing laboratory, which can test the physical and chemical properties of non-woven products and microbiological testing (total bacteria, mold/yeast, pathogenic bacteria), and microbiological control of the working water, equipment surface, personnel and environment involved in the production of non-woven products.

The laboratory has a professional testing team with strong sense of responsibility and dedication, establishes and implements a documented quality management system, abides by relevant national laws and regulations, and can complete relevant testing work according to ISO, GB and other standard requirements.
